Therapie
Antiepileptika > Andere Antiepileptika > Lamotrigin
Indikation
Partielle Epilepsie und primär generalisierte tonisch-klonische Anfälle (2–12 J.: initial nur als Zusatztherapie); Prophylaxe bipolarer depressiver Episoden ab 18 J.
Dosierung
Unabhängig der Mahlzeiten; evtl. zerkauen oder in wenig Wasser dispergieren.
Epilepsie
Monotherapie: >12 J.: Wo. 1 + 2: 1×tgl. 25 mg, Wo. 3 + 4: 1×tgl. 50 mg, dann um 50–max. 100 mg alle 1–2 Wo. steigern, Erhalt: 100–200 mg tgl. in 1–2 Gaben.
Zusatztherapie: «FI».
Bipolare Störung
Mono- oder Kombinationstherapie mit Arzneimitteln ohne signifikanten Einfluss auf die Lamotrigin-Glucuronidierung: >18 J.: Wo. 1 + 2: 1×tgl. 25 mg, Wo. 3 + 4: 50 mg tgl. in 1–2 Gaben, Wo. 5: 100 mg tgl. in 1–2 Gaben, ab Wo. 6: 200 mg tgl. in 1–2 Gaben.
Kombinationstherapie mit Inhibitoren oder Induktoren der Lamotrigin-Glucuronidierung: «FI».
Epilepsie
Monotherapie: >12 J.: Wo. 1 + 2: 1×tgl. 25 mg, Wo. 3 + 4: 1×tgl. 50 mg, dann um 50–max. 100 mg alle 1–2 Wo. steigern, Erhalt: 100–200 mg tgl. in 1–2 Gaben.
Zusatztherapie: «FI».
