Therapie
Antiinfektiva > Antimykotika > Terbinafin
Indikation
Nicht lokal behandelbare Mykosen der Haut und Haare (ausser Pityriasis versicolor), Nagelmykosen (Fadenpilze).
Dosierung
Unabhängig der Mahlzeiten.
Übliche Dosierung
>18 J. oder >40 kg: 1×tgl. 250 mg.
20–40 kg: 1×tgl. 125 mg.
<20 kg (>2 J.): «FI».
Therapiedauer
Tinea pedis: 2–6 Wo.
Tinea corporis/cruris, Candidose: 2–4 Wo.
Tinea capitis: 4 Wo.
Nagelmykose: 6 Wo. (Finger), 12 Wo (Zehen).
