Therapie
Antiemetika > 5-HT3-Antagonisten + Neurokinin 1-Rezeptorantagonisten
Indikation
Prophylaxe von Übelkeit und Erbrechen bei mässig bis hoch emetogener Chemotherapie in Kombination mit Dexamethason.
Dosierung
I.v. Inf. über 30 min. nach Verdünnung mit 30 ml Glucose 5% oder NaCl 0,9%.
Hoch emetogene Chemotherapie
>18 J.: 235 mg/0,25 mg ca. 30 min. vor jedem Chemotherapiezyklus; Dexamethason p.o.: Tag 1: 12 mg 30 Min. vor der Chemotherapie, Tag 2–4: 1×tgl. 8 mg.
Mässig emetogene Chemotherapie
>18 J.: 235 mg/0,25 mg ca. 30 min. vor jedem Chemotherapiezyklus; Dexamethason p.o.: Tag 1: 12 mg 30 Min. vor der Chemotherapie.
Hoch emetogene Chemotherapie
>18 J.: 235 mg/0,25 mg ca. 30 min. vor jedem Chemotherapiezyklus; Dexamethason p.o.: Tag 1: 12 mg 30 Min. vor der Chemotherapie, Tag 2–4: 1×tgl. 8 mg.
Mässig emetogene Chemotherapie

Kontraindikation
Schwangerschaft und Stillzeit (bis 1 Mon. nach Therapie).
