Essentielle Hypertonie.
Dosierung
Unabhängig der Mahlzeiten.
>18 J.: initial 1×tgl. 1 Tabl. 8/12,5 mg oder 16/12,5 mg, evtl. erhöhen auf 1×tgl. 1 Tabl. 32/12,5 mg oder 32/25 mg.
>18 J.: initial 1×tgl. 1 Tabl. 8/12,5 mg oder 16/12,5 mg, evtl. erhöhen auf 1×tgl. 1 Tabl. 32/12,5 mg oder 32/25 mg.
Kontraindikation
Hereditäres angioneurotisches Ödem, angioneurotisches Ödem nach ACE-Hemmern oder Angiotensin-II-Antagonisten, schwere Niereninsuffizienz (Clcr <30 ml/Min.), schwere Leberinsuffizienz, Cholestase, Gicht, Hypokaliämie, Hyponatriämie, Hyperkalzämie, Anurie, gleichzeitig mit Aliskiren bei Diabetes oder Niereninsuffizienz (Clcr <60 ml/Min.). Schwangerschaft, Stillzeit.
