Indications
Hypertension.
Posologie
Après les repas.
>18 ans: au début: 200 mg 2×/j. (patients âgés: 100 mg 2×/j.), év. augmenter la dose journalière après 2 sem. par paliers de 200 mg, entretien: 200 mg 2–3×/j., max. 2,4 g/j.; en cas de faible poids corporel év. au début 100 mg 2–3×/j., év. doubler la dose après 2 sem.

Contre-indications
Bloc AV II et III (sans stimulateur cardiaque), choc cardiogène, hypotension sévère, bradycardie sévère, asthme, maladie respiratoire obstructive, insuffisance cardiaque décompensée, maladie du sinus (sans stimulateur cardiaque), angor de Prinzmetal, coeur pulmonaire; en association aux IMAO, vérapamil ou diltiazem; infarctus aigu, acidose métabolique, phéochromocytome non traité; grossesse «IPr», allaitement.
